Horus

Live video from any caller's phone.

Horus is nete2's video-streaming platform, built for emergency response and visual intelligence. Callers stream from their phone browser with GPS, live chat, two-way voice and encrypted storage. There is no app to install.

Capabilities

What Horus does, in detail.

Browser-based live video

The caller opens a link and their phone starts streaming. It works in any modern mobile browser, so there is nothing to install and nothing to sign up for.

GPS location tracking

The caller's location arrives with the feed, so the operator sees where the incident is before responders get there.

Live chat and voice

Operators can talk the caller through the incident over chat or two-way voice while the video keeps running.

Secure storage and audit

Every session is stored encrypted with role-based access, and the evidentiary chain of custody holds up for investigation later.

Call to archive

From a voice call to a sealed evidence record.

Operators escalate from voice to video only when the situation calls for it. The caller taps a link, the session streams in their browser, and everything is archived for review months later. At no point does anyone install an app.

Where Horus sits

In the stack and in your operation.

Horus works as a standalone product, and pairs naturally with the rest of the nete2 platform.
