Sembcorp's HQ gallery sits at Level 1 of 30 Hill Street (Hub@HS), a space visited by staff, customers, partners and the occasional head of state. It had to work in two modes: an everyday operations-and-culture wall, and a flagship event surface for AGMs, anniversaries, and live broadcasts. Sembcorp evaluated multiple solutions providers before awarding the work.
Sembcorp wanted to rejuvenate its office space at 30 Hill Street (Level 1, Hub@HS) as a collaborative gathering area, and give visitors clear visibility into the company's global operations and geographic footprint.
- Design and install a Radium Video Wall in a 6×4 configuration with multiple independent dashboards.
- Extron DTP HDMI transmitters and receivers for 100-metre signal extension across the site.
- Extron DMP 128 12×8 Pro DSP Processor for audio mixing across the gallery.
- Central control via an Extron IPCP Pro 550 and a Premium Touch Panel System running Radium Control Management Software.
- Pre-configured operator-selectable layouts for routine monitoring and major events (AGMs, virtual conferences, live streams, anniversaries).
A 24-panel 6×4 wall driven by Radium, with an Extron signal chain extending HDMI sources up to 100 metres across the building and routing audio through the DMP 128. A single Premium Touch Panel recalls any pre-set layout the gallery needs.

- Week 1–3 · Design review with Sembcorp facilities and brand teams; wall sizing, content sources and room acoustics agreed.
- Week 4–9 · Hardware procurement, rack assembly and factory acceptance; Extron signal chain staged off-site.
- Week 10–13 · On-site installation at 30 Hill Street; panel mounting, signal commissioning and audio tuning.
- Week 14–16 · Layout preset build-out on Radium Control Management Software; operator training; handover to Sembcorp facilities for ongoing day-to-day use.
Delivered in 16 weeks. The wall runs as a real-time facility-monitoring surface day-to-day, and swaps into event mode for AGMs, virtual conferences and live streams, layout-switchable from the touch panel.
Over the past 16 weeks, Sembcorp embarked on a project to rejuvenate office spaces. One of the capabilities that was mooted, was to have a media wall that showcased our global footprint. As a team, we evaluated a number of solutions providers, nete2 as one of them. We are grateful to have evaluated nete2's capabilities, and awarded nete2 to assist Sembcorp deliver our requirements.
